Privacy policy
This page explains what data frekwo.com collects: the waitlist form and visit statistics. It does not cover data that clubs enter into the Frekwo app. We process that data under a separate agreement with each club.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Rapigroup sp. z o.o., a limited liability company registered in Poland that owns Frekwo. For anything about your personal data, write to kontakt@frekwo.com.
Waitlist form
We collect what you enter yourself: your name, email address, club name and number of participants, and, if you provide them, your phone number, role at the club, sport, how you take attendance and what takes up your time.
- Purpose: getting in touch about Frekwo, meaning an invitation to our first-clubs programme, a conversation about your needs and news when we open more places.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did based on it before.
- How long: until you withdraw consent, and no longer than 24 months after you sent the form. If your club starts using Frekwo, further contact is based on our agreement with the club.
- Voluntary: giving us your data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot get back to you.
The sender's IP address is briefly held in the server's memory to limit how many requests come from one address (spam protection). We do not store it.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server. The data does not go to Google or any other advertising company.
- Umami does not set cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not save your IP address.
- It collects: pages visited, the page you came from, approximate location (country, region, city), device type, operating system and browser, and clicks on selected buttons, such as joining the waitlist or switching language.
- It groups page views into one visit using a hash of your IP address and browser details, combined with a secret value that changes every month. The IP address cannot be recovered from the hash.
- If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, statistics are not collected.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in knowing which content is useful. You can object by writing to the address above.
What else the site stores
The light and dark mode switch remembers your choice in your browser's storage (localStorage). That information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Fonts and all other files come from our own server, so visiting the site does not connect you to any other company's servers.
Where the data lives and who sees it
- The server is in Poland, in an OVHcloud data centre in Warsaw. OVHcloud stores the data on our behalf.
- Only the people running Frekwo see waitlist requests.
- An encrypted backup of the database is kept on Google Drive. We encrypt it with a key Google does not have, so Google cannot read its contents.
- We do not sell data, share it for advertising or use it for automated decisions.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object to the statistics and to withdraw your consent. We reply within one month. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa), or the authority in your country.
Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
