    Since September 2026, a youth volleyball school in Wrocław has been running on Frekwo. Sessions take place in gyms at more than ten schools, and coaches take attendance on their own phones.

    Who it's for

    For clubs where the head coach still sits down to paperwork after practice.

    Frekwo is built for small clubs and associations that run regular sessions for kids and teens. It works best if:

    • you run sessions in several gyms or schools,
    • you have 2 to 20 coaches, often paid by the hour,
    • sign-ups arrive through a form and then get copied into a spreadsheet,
    • contracts and parental consents sit in a folder and nobody is sure whose are missing,
    • at the end of the month you add up coaching hours from notes and messages.

    FAQ

    Before you sign up

    Do I need to install an app?
    No. Frekwo runs in the browser on phones and computers. On a phone you can add it to the home screen and open it like any other app, with no app store involved.
    What if there's no signal in the gym?
    A marked list stays on the phone and survives a refresh. The coach confirms it once the phone is back online.
    Where is the children's data stored?
    On a server in Poland, with a daily backup that is also kept off the server in encrypted form. The club creates the accounts, coaches see only their own groups, and a locked account is signed out on every device.
    How much does it cost?
    Nothing while we build it. We will set pricing after talking to our first clubs.
    Everything we have is in Excel. Can we move it?
    Yes. We move kids, groups and schedules from spreadsheets and Google Forms, even when dates and phone numbers are written in different ways and one child was signed up twice.
    Is the app available in English?
    Not yet. The app is in Polish because our first clubs are in Poland. If you need English, say so in the form: it helps us decide what to build next.
